I’ve had many Cappuccinos from Campos Newtown and have enjoyed most of them. Occasionally the coffee can taste a touch bitter but is always drinkable. It is a very small place with a few table with stools for seating. The place is usually crowded and you literally have to push through the entrance which is lined with patrons.
So, I would recommend the place as I’ve had a couple of excellent coffees here and plenty of good ones. Also try the brownies. Not much in the way of food btw.

Those who say it’s the ‘best in Sydney’, well may I just say EVERYONE’S taste in coffee is completely different. It’s not terrible but it’s not the best I’ve had.

Not usually a fan of takeaway coffee, but had a bloody good latte from this busy place recently. Downside was the long wait. In a crowded, awkward space. But hey if you’ve got the time, they seem to know what they’re doing.

Simply put this place is about coffee, limited food but what they have is high quality. The staff may appear abrupt but you cant blame them when they have a line out the door and halfway back to king street. Simply the best strong coffee available (in the world!) and for those who enjoy watching humanity sitting in the tiny little cafe is a must, but not for the faint hearted or someone wanting a leisurely afternoon coffee

Awesome coffee, but generally a long wait. I guess that’s probably a symptom of the fact that the coffee is really good, but can be a bit frustrating. Food is also incredible – amazing brownies.
Worth any wait. And any place serving such high volumes of quality for so long deserves a medal. A must-do for any coffee drinker.
